1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bd345g website accessible at bd345g.pro, including all sub-pages, games, betting markets, wallet features, and customer support services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the bd345g registration process.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person aged 21 or above who has registered and maintains a valid Account on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, which may be used to place bets and wagers or to access casino games.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bd345g reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued by a player later found to be under 21 years of age will be voided and forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and truthful information including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify bd345g of any changes promptly via [email protected].

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one Account on bd345g. The creation of multiple or duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where bd345g identifies that a player holds more than one Account, all associated Accounts may be suspended, any pending withdrawals withheld, and any Bonus Funds forfeited without prior notice. Players who suspect a duplicate Account has been created fraudulently in their name should contact [email protected] immediately.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet. bd345g makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is done entirely at your own risk and bd345g reserves the right to close any Account found to be operating from such a jurisdiction without liability.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Login Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bd345g will never ask you to share your password by email, live chat, or telephone. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally, whether or not authorised by you.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify bd345g immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. bd345g will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Sharing

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct transactions through your Account. Any Account found to be shared or operated by multiple individuals will be subject to immediate suspension pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bd345g currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Supported Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change from time to time at bd345g's sole discretion. 4.2 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no mandatory currency conversion charges on BDT deposits or withdrawals made through Supported Payment Methods. The Platform Wallet balance is always displayed and settled in BDT.

4.3 Deposit Limits and Minimums

Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. Players may request voluntary deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools in their Account dashboard. These limits take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be increased instantaneously — any requested increase is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of confirmation during normal operating conditions. 4.5 Prohibited Transactions

Players must not deposit or withdraw funds through any payment method that is not registered in their own name. Third-party payments — whether deposits or withdrawals — are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction identified by bd345g will result in immediate Account suspension and a full review of the relevant funds prior to any release.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, bd345g may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match incentives, or other rewards to Players. All such offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and bonus terms that will be communicated alongside each promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotional communication and these Terms, the specific promotional terms will prevail only in relation to the subject matter of that specific promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period. Any Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

bd345g reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or promotional reward if bd345g reasonably suspects that a Player has attempted to abuse the promotion, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a promotion more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics. In such circumstances, any winnings generated from the abused promotion may also be forfeited.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bd345g reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not affect bets already placed under the promotion's original terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by bd345g. bd345g reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit for the relevant market; there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or insider information; the stated odds contain a manifest error; or the relevant market has been suspended at the time the bet is placed.

6.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that bd345g publishes odds, lines, or game parameters that contain a clear and obvious error (a "Palpable Error"), bd345g reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Wallet. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Winnings paid out on a bet subsequently found to involve a Palpable Error may be reclaimed from the Player's Account balance.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delays and may be suspended or closed at any time due to match events, data feed interruptions, or risk management requirements. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. bd345g does not accept liability for any delay between a real-world event occurring and the Platform's odds being updated.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

Where restoration is not possible, bets placed during the affected session may be voided.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour delay.

• Loss Limits: Set maximum amounts you are willing to lose in a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt practice in connection with sporting events offered on the Platform.

• Attempting to circumvent any geographic restriction, Account suspension, or self-exclusion measure, including by using VPN services, proxy servers, or creating new Accounts after suspension.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory toward bd345g staff or other Players.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including reselling access, running an agency account, or conducting transactions on behalf of third parties.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, design elements, and data — is the property of bd345g or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use of any Platform content without bd345g's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd345g shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service — even if bd345g has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bd345g's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by bd345g's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to These Terms

bd345g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Players will be notified via the Platform dashboard notification system or by email to the address registered on their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming and commercial law.
